Homemade muesli as a perfect start of the day

Instagram, facebook, blogs and other portals are overflowing with pictures of wonderful and perfectly healthy dishes and perfect figures of the owners of the pictures. If you want to start changing something in your life it is worth starting from the beginning, that is from the breakfast. They are the most important meal of each day. They add energy, help start our day and certainly improve our mood. Usually we want it to be prepared quickly or to take with us to work or school. A great option that meets the above criteria would be muesli. You can buy it at any store or make it yourself, it tastes delicious, is very healthy and perfect as the first meal of the day. It is worth to get a special container / cup with a spoon with a place for yogurt and cereal separately.
Breakfast muesli is packed with vitamins. It is nutritious, quick to prepare and ideal as a healthy breakfast. If we have time and desire we can prepare our own muesli, which will last us for several days. You need a few simple and favorite ingredients, and usually everything you have in your kitchen cupboards. The basis is cereal: oatmeal, buckwheat, barley or millet. For one serving/large jar you will need about 3 cups of cereal. Add flaxseeds, chia seeds, goi seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut shavings, dried fruit (whatever you like: apples, strawberries, bananas, raisins, etc.), and you have a delicious and nutritious meal. We mix what we want and voila, we can have a nice meal. Contrary to appearances, this is not an expensive investment. All packages are used up not „at once” but during several times of making such muesli. You can add whatever you like to it, it is very easy to prepare and everyone will enjoy it. It is worth trying, because it is definitely a great idea for a delicious and above all healthy meal.
